As a result, we will notify members of the public that we are filming and will encourage them to bypass where we are filming. If not, then we can print out some release forms for them to sign.

Since we are filming this at the peak of winter, rain and or snow is expected most of the time, so to prevent any of the equipment receiving any damage, we would have to plan whether to film on that day or not. Also could bring umbrellas etc., to protect them from the rain.
