Interview with Eden and friend.
7 Isaacs Hill, Cleethorpes. We have permission to film in this property from Eden’s Mother (Tracey Pearce, 07725359161).
Pro’s:
- It’s actually where she lives so we can see the material side of her obsessions. Such as the photos and books etc.
- It’s a short walk from my house which the camera equipment will be at, so there is no problem with transporting the equipment.
- We will be filming inside the property so we don't have to worry about such things like environmental damage and people getting in our way etc.
Con’s:
- She has pets and siblings so we might get audio interference. We will do our best to prevent this.
- The room in which we intend to film is is small so we will have to work around the space we have.
We intend to film on the 22nd of April 2016. We have arranged this with both Eden and her friend, plus we have arranged it with Eden’s mother.
Since I will be going from my house and I only live around the corner we will be walking from my house. It will take about 13 minutes.
On the day the weather is supposed to be good. We will take the equipment in the bags anyway, so even if the weather takes a turn for the worst then the equipment will still be safe.
For the car part of the documentary i will be going to cadwell park. They are hosting a car show called Modified Live
This is a sky view of the park. It is a good choice to use this as my main location because it has a lot of people there and a lot of cars so i will be able to get some interviews

Pro:
We will get lots of good interviews
We will get good shots of the cars and event
It is hosting an event that fits my theme perfectly so i won’t have to try and gather people to film as they will all be there.
It has a lot of like minded people there so it won’t be hard to get an interview.
Con:
It costs £17 per person and i will need to bring at least one other person along to help hold the boom pole and other equipment which will bring my total to £34.
There is a lot of people and some will not want to be filmed so i might have to blur faces out.
If it is raining the event will be called off which means i won’t be able to get the shots i need.
I intend to film on the 24th April 2016.
The weather is meant to be sunny on that day but it does say a couple of light showers which means the event should still take place.

Interview with Open Minds!
7-9 Osborne St, Grimsby, South Humberside DN31 1EY

Pro’s for filming:
- They are a professional and well connected, government funded mental health branch, so we will have access to people who are learned in this topic and subject
- Because this is a professional environment, they would understand the seriousness and maturity that would be needed when speaking and discussing this topic and as such it would be easy and quicker for us to complete and get a great outcome through it.
Con’s for filming:
- The company is situated in a busy shopping related area and as such it would be difficult to get a lot of cut aways and other footage around the location
- Due to the amount of people around the area, we would also need to a lot more watchful and wary of our equipment, as it could be easily broken, damaged or stolen.
- It is quite far from the college and as a result we would have to travel with the equipment to this location which is roughly a 30-45 minute walk.
We planned to do the interview here a while back, on Monday 11th of April. But after delayed e-mails and plans, we had to arrange it for this Tuesday, the 3rd of April. We need to finish up this filming as it is dangerously close to the deadline and we would need to edit it as well.
As you can see, the weather on Tuesday 3rd will be a mixture of cloudy and light showers, so it would be crucial to bring an umbrella or other materials to help protect our equipment from the hazardous conditions, while filming cut aways and others.
